  19. What does Mortgage Manager do?

  21. Mortgage Manager is a mortgage tracking application that:

  23. * Tracks the mortgage payments made to a mortgage company
  24. * Estimates the interest that can be taken as a deduction for any year
  25. * Tracks the savings in interest when extra principal payments are made
  26. * Estimates what payment amount needs to be made to pay off a mortgage within 10, 15, 20 or 25 years and the total amount of interest savings over the life of the mortgage.
  27. * Allows the interest rate to be changed on a per payment basis for those who have ARM loans.
